I listened to Gov Pattersons speech on the radio on my way home from work. This guy souned like he had no pan what so ever. He did not mention tax increases but come on we all know thats going to happen. And to add icing on the cake Bloomberg said that NYC is in the red for more than 2 billion

It really shouldn't be a surprise. New York (City & State) are both uber-dependent on tax $ coming out of the financial sector.

Here's a tip for you: if you want to be a hero NY politician, only get elected when Wall St. is doing really well.
