HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDY WARHOL!!!

He was my hero and one of my first great inspirations. I met him once at a book signing (From A to B and Back Again) in a Baltimore suburb called Towson, no one else showed up so we talked for 2 hours. He was gracious and kind and he had a great big Blonde foreign woman with him to whom I was never introduced but whom I guessed to be Amanda Lear (Queen of the Whips), but I will never know for sure!!!

Here's to Andy Warhol!!!
He gave me so many things to do & to love, art to contemplate, music to listen to (The V. U.), films to watch, and books to read.

Thank you, without you I might have ended up an accountant, or worse...!!!
