(b) saying they have no business being on the air, the show owes us an apology, they're ruining the show, the show sucks now, etc. etc. ad infinitum, il desperandum (and anything else willy wonka ever said).

i also hate the kind of shit that makes people reluctant to participate/contribute to the show.

I agree. I think all those characters on the show are good. But, too much of them does get grating, to me. Nothing ruins the show, just offering opinions on what I would like to hear more of.
I think Crazy Jen is great, I would like to hear more of her, but not everyday. Franklyn is ok, but he is too one dimensional for everyday. Yelling at Earl for being incompetent is old. Either fire him or don't mention it everyday.
These may be crutches they use because the guys aren't producing, but then that is an issue that should be addressed. Maybe bring in someone who isn't an air personality who can run a team.

People complaining about "charecters", "personalities" or "guest" I think are missing an important point.

The above mentioned don't determine the content of the show. I believe that falls to Ron and Fez.

If Dave shoves a dildo in his ass or eats his snot it is only done with Ron and Fez's permission (prodding).
When people talk about their lives or what happens on the "boards" or Pal Talk it's done under Ron and Fez's direction.
This show includes a comunity and the show I believe supports, includes and encourages the comunity.

At the end of the day what happens on the air is up to Ron and Fez and I think they are doing a damn fine job.
In fact I think they are the best thing going today!
