For me, it will always be Big A. I can't get enough of the Big AAAAAAAAAAAAA bit. Its one of the funniest bits they do.

Hard to say. Some call in very frequently and still maintain a high level, like Mike the Teacher and Dr. Steve.
But, calls from Rapp are rare and great.
Jay Mohr is great, but he is a celebrity so he shouldn't count.
And, I HATE RADIO SHARK calls. Just a waste of time, Shark contributes nothing and the call screener gets yelled at.
