You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

i have a pain in my shoulder, the top part, prob near where the ball of the shoulder is and rotates with your movement


anyway it comes and goes, sometimes its a slight twinge and goes away

other times it hurts bad to the point where i cant lift anything heavy and any slight movement causes a burst of pain


i've never pitched so my 1st thought of it being the rotator cuff didnt seem plausible

but i did bowl a lot from 1993-2001, then stopped from 01-07 and started up again last year

but the pain started sometime around 2004

Bowling does the same thing as pitching, just reversed! Let me know if that earlier thread doesn't answer your questions and I'll get on it here.

it was just weird that it never bothered me when i was bowling and after a few years of not bowling it started to

yeah, it could simply be that you're a few years older, too. let me know what they say when you get it checked out.
