im one of many who has fallen victim to the FBA disaster.

being displaced and lost in a big new city, i need to know what is equivelant to "mantown" at my former home.

my posts here are almost exclusively in the CT and Jivin forum, which gets some heat from R&F posters getting lost by the recent thread box.

There was a challenge with the #4 reactor. Pravda is reporting that everything is fine, and people should stay in their homes. There's nothing to worry about. Really.

but keep in mind that Struff not only doesn't like anyone who ever disagrees with him, when you do disagree with him, he takes it really personally.

Just keep that in mind when looking for your next messageboard of choice

There is no equivalent to Mantown here, it's not such a bad thing.
I posted almost exclusively in Mantown back in the day.
But I don't miss it. It's kind of nice not having 50 member appreciation threads...

I belong to many boards, and I've been an Admin at struff.com for months. I know you had an issue with him, but I never judge a person by the squabbles he has. He's cool with me and so are you. :D

no, i know. I'm just saying..i know his policies on how a board should run and its one that I think many many FBA-ers will disagree with.

I agree with Gaz. I do think Struff is a good guy, but he was over-the-top in recent months with his "no negative O&A posts" standards.

Well, there are better places, here is one. I've been lurking for some time around the boards and I like that the personal attacks are not so frequent here and that there is less bitching.

yeah, theres going to be less of a "let me insult you/out offend you" culture on an R&F messageboard than an O&A messageboard. But whichever messageboard anyone goes to, whenever they start knowing who the regulars are, everyone always finds the people they hate and the people who they wish would just leave
