You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Heard an ad during O&A this morning. This Saturday, August 30, the return of CT and Jivin to the XM airwaves at 8pm.

Heard it too, alas it is prerecorded. Still it's nice to hear them coming out of my XM unit instead of my iPod.
