Vitamin D whole milk only, no 2%, no 1% no skim

I think no skim because thats what i was forced to drink growing up

I love milk. It is very good for you, high in protein and calcium. It coats my stomach so I don't throw up as much. And it feels so good going down my throat. I drink 1% cause a little fat is ok

the only time i really like chocolate milk is with a pizza hut personal pan pizza. I dont know why, but they go good together. I havent had one of those in forever though

I was a maniac for milk when I was a kid. I could drink a half gallon a day. My mom used to yell at me for drinking it so much. Now I can't stand it. I only buy a little bottle for when I make twiced baked potaoes. Make's it so creamy.

I drank it all the time as a kid but rarely drank it through my teenage years and early 20s. I've recently started drinking it again with breakfast now that I've begun to wean myself off coffee. I also cook my oatmeal with milk every day. Nothing but skim for me though.

I use this stuff at home, mostly for cereal and cooking.

The only time that I pour it into a glass and drink it straight is with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

milk-water is not all that great for you. eat tuna if you worry about protien. then eat calcium supplement. that will take care of tha adverse milk effects.

i only buy whole milk and usually have a glass before bed when my tummy ain't feeling too great... i'll drink skim or fat free but don't enjoy it as much, especially in coffee or tea

I LOVE milk and drink it all the time. 2%. 40 years of being a complete spaz/clutz and I've never broken a bone. If I buy chocolate milk, I find it too thick and I do 1/2 and 1/'2 with regular milk.

I love all dairy. Milk to drink, half n half for coffee, at least 5 cheeses in the fridge, cream cheese, butter. I've never bought margarine.
