CheapTickets.com is having a contest where if you show how cheap you are, you get free air tickets.

I was reading the September 2008 of Budget Travel, and I found this month's "Cheaptickets" ad.


To save money during his Australian vacation, "Show Us Your Cheap" winner Steve ate spaghetti sandwiches. He saved even more money by boiling the water for just seven minutes, resulting in sandwiches that are extremely al dente.



Steve won tickets and had HIS recipe for spaghetti sandwiches printed.
