Podcast forum, so not a dupe. It's a discussion in relation to that show.

I was just in BestBuy looking at it. According to the specs, I'm too heavy for it.

Frowny face.

I was going to buy it yesterday, then didn't and now yearn for it :(. I don't want to drop the $90 right now.

I wil the Wii Fit. It is a surprisingly good workout between the yoga and the strength training.

I use it for pretty much everything except the aerobics, which is a little lacking.

But mostly, I use it to weigh myself everyday and track my weight through the line graph.

That's really the best aspect of it.

I still can't find one locally for MSRP.

the jogging and step classes are great. i like the free step better since it is like a stair master, 1300 steps and they keep getting easier.

My chick bought it about 2 months ago, and because we were moving shortly thereafter we never opened it.
We got around to opening it on Monday and played around with it.

I'm bordering obese (6'1"/ 226lbs... 10lbs heavy... not obese at all... fuckin Wii), am 35 years old athletic wise (I'm 28), and can't do a fucking thing on it outside of tightrope walking (the only accurate part of the system).

All of it is shit.

I'll probably play with it more when I'm home next time.

I have had Wii Fit for a week and have lost 1 1/2 pounds. I have unlocked a bunch of cool activities, including free step. I can do about 4000 steps in 30 minutes.

Way to go Hydee!

Thanks losing weight is a hell of a thing to do but doing it a fun way always make the journey nicer.

The jogging is good, but I still prefer to go out and run, although I will do it if it's raining, or I'm watching a game or something.

Once you get to where you can do the free run, you can just set it up, shove the Wiimote in your back pocket and change the channel and do something else, which is nice.

The step classes are good, but usually, I play DDR instead.

The aerobic exercise I like the best is the boxing simulator. I think it's great.

I use pretty much everything else in the rest of the package, though.

i dont get the chance to jog outside with my work hours so for me the free run and step is perfect. I love the boxing sim. i can now do "plank" for 3 mins straight.
