Just went to get chinese food and as soon as I left my building there was a woman who complimented my tattoo, gave me advice on how to care for it (and when I told her what my artist told me she made a stinky cheese face and told me to follow her advice), and then showed me her elderly tramp stamp.

She is hot only in terms of the fact that most women in politics are not lookers. Maybe she is hot to old, crotchety republicans, because they are married to shrill/shrew like wives. And after 5 kids, how tight is that pussy going to be? Like throwing a hotdog down a hallway. But hot in the general context of hotness? No.

Exactly, funny though when I was a kid I couldn't stand listening to it though..
BTW - the John Stewart thing isn't true. It was a callback to a Geno call-in gone awry...
(Sorry Geno) I couln't stand a lot of it at time either. I think our musical tastes change as we age (just like tastes in food). I hated the fact that my dad always played Willie Nelson, Waylon, etc. Now they are some of my most beloved musicians.

Fuck respect and like, in referring to the Tennessee Titans, I think Ron is WAY off the mark. From what I heard, Vince couldn't get the playbook down, was pulled for fucking up too much, and (as stated on the show yesterday) had the coaches turn on him after giving him chance after chance to get the system down. Vince scored one of the worst scores ever in the NFL's wonderlic test, ranking him right around brain dead. It could be that he simply lacks the mental capacity to memorize a set of plays and audibles, and the ability to juggle the demands of football and life as a professional. Tough shit, guess those millions will make things better though.

Actually, I think it is an acceptable response. I just try not to be rude to people in my own hometown. When did openly expressing your religion become acceptable? Religion used to be a private matter, now it is all you hear about. I do not judge people by their religious affiliation (except for what I may consider more of the "fringe, crazy" religions). Just because a person is religious does not mean they are a good person. And after you have been approached by these people constantly trying to proselytize to you, you tend to snap. I know understand why Richard Dawkins is intolerant of these people.

Openly expressing your religion is regarded as acceptable in many parts of the world and has not been a private matter near as often as it is a public one.

Look, I'm not religious and I wouldn't greet someone like that. I can understand annoyance at that but the fact that that sort of greeting would elicit that response is absolutely fucking absurd. You'd be more ignorant than the person pushing religion on you. I get that the fact that religious fundamentalists have worked their way into the political system and that leaves them open to more scorn than normal, and that the current political climate heaps a bit more derision on them but your statement was retarded, and I'd be sure of that irregardless of my location.
