I'm very familiar with rocky:huh: horror, and came up with a great line for when Tim:glurps: first appears on screen:wacko:"Oh Look ,GLORIA VANDERBILT" but I was coming up with too :ohmy:many irreverent lines and got bored though I actually went twice in the 80's. It fills a social void for people so it's:wallbash: JUST:wallbash: LIKE:wallbash: SPORTS.:flush:

When someone in an Accountant's office goes on an extended vacation, we play practical jokes on them with their desk.

Take, for instance here, where my office neighbor took an extended sick leave and was "replaced" with a Christmas decoration and a squishy brain from a pharmaceutical company:

So I have seen you accountants random pictures, and I figured I'd post up my own. I'm starting to think I am a hybrid. I work in the oilfield with tools and my hands, I wear fire retardant clothing and yet I have a nicer office than most of these so called "accountants" and have meetings in board rooms. I would say the split is exactly 50/50 as to being in my office or out in the field.

So what do you guys think, is there a new breed in the war, the Hybrid??

Here's the pics, this is the hall to my office.

dont help him lift anything
try to avoid all eye contact and conversation
Daywalkers are wiley beast, and you must keep them in your radar at all times

So says Mr. Toyota, don't you have a biodiesel unit to go work on?

no sir! down here in america, TMS USA (toyota motor sales) has not released a diesel fueled vehicle since 1984 corolla wagon had a small diesel engine....which was also availible in the small truck.

although the rumor mill has it that the trucks will soon have a 1 ton diesel to offer the public.....possibly a dualie

but back to the business at hand, until you figure out which side you fight for, you and Benedict Jivin can go sit on the sidelines..... remember, rule number one is pick a side, because if youre undecided, youre getting killed with no mercy....

That sir is an oxymoron. To be a TRUE oil worker you need to work on strictly american built vehicles having displacements greater than 4.0L and being capable of getting no greater than 17 MPG. Do do anything less would go against the oilfield and is unAmerican.

are the oil sands not the most pollutant causing places in all of canada??

at least the oil rigs in the US are cleaner and less destructive. and the refineries in the US are being rebuilt and upgraded to be more efficient with less pollution.

at least the oil rigs in the US are cleaner and less destructive. and the refineries in the US are being rebuilt and upgraded to be more efficient with less pollution.

Are you sure? America is one of the few countries which refused to accept the Kyoto accord, meaning they are refusing to meet the new environmental standards proposed worldwide, unlike Canada who has embraced this new standard. Most reports of the damage caused by the oil sands are from extreme liberals who are blowing things out of proportion.

The truth of the matter is, the oil sands are exactly that sand with oil in it. They don't need to drill for it, it is just sitting there waiting to be picked up and processed, if anything producing the oil sands is helping to clean up the environment.

But let's not bicker or try to have an informed conversation, I suggest we go back to days previous where everybody got along and posted funny pictures and videos. I was just busting balls in previous posts and did not intend anything as a personal attack. In the name of oil worker unity I suggest we smoke 2 joints, 1 for Canada and 1 for the US. :smoke::glurps::smoke::wacko:

Whilst you may think you're a hybrid because you come inside sometimes, your desk speaks otherwise, because it looks like it's never used. Only desks in unused, shared, or executive offices look that neat and uncluttered.

Or the secretary cleans it once a week for me. But I am glad to hear I am strictly Oilfield, it makes me feel less dirty.
