I have an inherent distrust of chiropractors (my apologies to any chiropractors on the board). I'll go to a physical therapist, but not chiropractors.

But by this time, I know what's wrong with my back and how to fix and maintain it. I got all my yoga stretches, my ice packs, my exercises, etc. I just need to keep up with them, which I'll be doing again.

Usually, I have one of these every 2 or so years. So far they've been getting less painful and easier to recover from each time.

But by this time, I know what's wrong with my back and how to fix and maintain it.That's the first time Ive ever been to a quack. I'm not sure if I'de go again. It kinda hurt what he did to me. All he did was stretch out that area in my back. Plus crack my back a couple of times which wasn't very cool if you ask me. I hope it never comes back again. Get it. comes BACK.

Exactly. When I first threw out my back, I went to a PT for about 6-9 months. After leaving, my back was back to normal, and I had learned what stretches and exercises I needed to do to keep my back normal. I think if I had gone to a chiropractor instead, I'd still be seeing him/her every week or so.

The fact that I have hurt my back since then is due to my failure to maintain my stretches, than anything else.

I went down there once before the studio was renovated. I knew it wasn't about me. They had me (and a few others) come into the studio anyway to hang. Everyone was really nice.
