no one has ever died from smoking pot. plus, it's impossible to overdose on it. i think they scientifically figured it out you would need to smoke like 15 pounds in 5 minutes or something. and, as much as i would be down to try it, there is no way to overdose. trust me, if you could have i would have done it a long time ago. after a point you don't even get higher, you just kinda level off. it's the money though
it's true,
it's damn true!

I do not think that pot can be lethal.
It's usually not the pot that kills, it's the things that pot does to you. Of course, pot laced with strichinine, or other poisons causes death.
While on pot, your reflexes slow considerably. Get into a car while on pot and you'll increase your odds of getting into a fatal accident where you or a bystander get hurt or killed.
Pot also affect short term memory. People may not remember what they did while high. All sorts of repucussions with that.
Pot causes massive distortions of space and time with all the attendant dangers inherent in that.
Pot is physically and pychologically addictive. An addict needs pot simply to avoid depression.
Pot is clearly correlated to lung cancer, not surprising since a joint has 4 times as much tar as tobacco.
Additionally, pot can lead to other risky behavior such as unsafe sex. On that note, pot also can cause severe damage to the brain and nervous system of the developing fetus.
If you're going to smoke pot, do it in moderation, and never ever drive while on it, or hang out with people you don't trust.

Get into a car while on pot and you'll increase your odds of getting into a fatal accident where you or a bystander get hurt or killed.Where do you get this info from?
Pot is physically and pychologically addictive.Phychologically, it can be. Physically, not at all. Studies have proven that THC is not physically addictive, that THC does not affect the production of dopamine, which is the cause of physical addiction. Pot is as physically addictive as porn.
Pot is clearly correlated to lung cancer, not surprising since a joint has 4 times as much tar as tobacco.Waterpipes and vaporizers significantly reduce the amount of tar consumed,
pot also can cause severe damage to the brain and nervous system of the developing fetus.
The inhalation of THC has zero effect on neurons. Also, studies in Jamaica have shown that babies born to mothers who smoke marijuana show no signs of handicap, and are more socially developed at a younger age than babies born to non-pot smokers.
Can I chill here for a while?

And regarding tar, off the top of my head I said 4X the content of a cigarrette. I'm sorry. I was wrong. It's 5X.
not good, not good at all

Sir Okonkwo - Years of study.
But besides that, there's a little organization you may have heard of. It's called the CDC - Center for Disease Control.
Most of my statements can be confirmed there. Other legitimate studies conclude that pot is really bad for you. I'll give you those links as well.

I'm in favor of legalizing it's use, for many reasons, but that doesn't change the fact that it is bad stuff.
Here's the CDC site.

This one is the University of Conecticut Health Center Study, which shows pot to be physically addictive as well. The study "blows the lid off" the misconception that pot isn't addictive.

This one talks about the tar content and other crap in pot.

Here's another one you might find educating. It's from the American Council of Drug Education.
