remember you might not want to go with the Yankees or Knicks because you will constantly be ridden if the team doesnt do well or if the team chokes(such as detroits ownership is being blammed for millen and knicks being blamed for thomas)

Gotta' go with the Yanks. Baseball is my favorite sport. I'd reinstitute the four man rotation throughout the organization, eliminate "God Bless America" from the 7th inning stretch, replace the grounds crew that does the "YMCA" with large chested boobie chicks that clean the infield up to the Pussy Cat Doll's song "Buttons" and bring in a mascot in the spirit of the Phillie Phanatic called The Great Bambino and he'll look like a big cartoony characature of Babe Ruth.

Just to address this one thing. First of all, the current owner of the Knicks only gets that shit cause of how he handled it. if you were honest with the fans, or made good moves that maybe didn't work out, things like that, even a couple bad years you won't have people riding you. The Yankees fans are upset, but for the most part, I dont see anyone quittin fandom or saying the ownership didnt care or try.

Anyway, I would change the giants to the Knicks. For a few reasons, One I would be honest with the fans. If I was going to rebuild I would say I would. If I was paying less money to rebuild but putting out a worse product, I would lower tickets a little. Then it would be fair if they went up when the team was better and spending more. Also, I, as well as a few other fans I know, would have been WAY smarter over the last 8-10 years on how things were handled. Again, if Dolan was busting his ass and making the right moves and things just werent working out, then no one would hate him. They hate him cause he doesnt seem to care or try to fix things. He would rather stick to what he wants then admit he might have been wrong. I wouldnt have that problem.
Second reason is, if I did somehow manage to turn the org around and take them to where they were at least competitive for a title, you are KING. I know the Yankees are worth the most, and have the most fans, and baseball is more popular then basketball, but fuck that. In this area, and especially in Manhattan itself, if you win with the Knicks, you are going to be King. Especially with how starved this entire area is for some good basketball of any kind. Knicks winning would rule this city, it just would.

i dont know how often youve been but sitting in the nosebleeds in the upper deck because of the way they did the new seats gave a fucking extreme view of the stadium

it was such a drop off that even sitting down i got vertigo

It would have to be the Redskins. Homer that I am but I would stop the needless overmarketing of the team at the fans expense. It's OK to make money but some of Snyder's fleecing gimmicks are over the top. I think the urinals are sponsored by Miller Lite. In the Stadium I would take out those awful obstructed view seats. All told Snyder has crammed an extra 7k seats into the place. In the parking lot double the amount of Porta-Johns for tailgaters, cut the size of the Limo Lot in half. And finally make the upper deck max $50.00 face value ( $25.00 endzone nosebleeds), let the fuckfaces in the cigar bars and club section pick up the difference.
