the loan market in the bay area was so fucking insane as far as the way agencies were just handing out cash and were allowing anyone to get into a house even if they didnt diserve to

we were handing out loans and we all knew exactly what we were doing and who was eventually being screwed by it


and about the bail out-dont do it

these people shouldnt be in these houses and the companies that authored the loans should be held accountable

and when its all off the books the market (both realestate and financials) will have a staggering rebound
