I actually bought some turkey pastrami not long ago that was tasty. Not as good as beef pastrami, of course, but good.

Turkey is actually an outstanding ground meat. The problem with ground beef is that for it to be any good, a butcher needs to blend fat into the meat to improve the taste.

Most people don't serve fries at barbecues... you get potato salad, macaroni salad, corn, baked beans. It's pretty easy to complement a burger.
