Jefe/Dro Leaving Tampa For Atlanta

I just posted this on hhnet, but from his Sept 29th show on WWBA, Jefe/Dro announces he's leaving his PD and on-air gig in Tampa for Atlanta. Not to speculate but it sounds like he's maybe hooking up with Giant Brian, the old R&F producer, and his old buddy Shafee at Project 961, the rock station in Atlanta. Okay, so I speculated.

As you have found out, I left The Hideout & my Tampa Bay radio stations to join The Giant Show on Project 9-6-1 in Atlanta. Already retooling that station? Hell its been a year since they flipped formats, expect this to be a short lived stay and for them to be looking for work soon its a clear channel station. They are getting killed in the mornings by the regular guys.

So are they getting their own afternoon/night show? Or is he stuck on the mornings to try and save that shitty morning show? They may work on another station but on clear channel they have really tight reigns and wont get away with shit.

J Dubs is still doing The Hideout on WJFK on Saturday nights from 6-9PM

Hopefully if things work out at Project 961 maybe J Dubs will head to ATL also and The Hideout with Jefe and Dubs will continue.
