There hasn't really been a good one yet. But I think The Legend of Zelda is long overdue to be turned into a shitty movie.

I'm hopin' for a really great Metroid movie that is on par with Alien or Aliens. I know it will never happen, but it would be cool. Scarlett Johansen or Charlize Theron.

Exactly. 98% of all videogame plots are bad imitations of a game developer's favorite action movies (or in the case of Nintendo, imitations of themselves). Max Payne= bad Matrix ; F.E.A.R.= retarded Ring with guns... even Bioshock is just a distorted action version of Atlas Shrugged ... and that's the best storywriting gaming's got to go by.

Only series that had any real storyline to it that I could imagine would be good on film was System Shock, and that shit ain't happening in a thousand years cuz that series is dead.

I thought the first Mortal Kombat movie was okay....the sequel fucking sucked. Thats the perfect example of pounding 400lbs of monkey shit into a 4 pound bag.

Wasn't Postal a video game turned into a movie? That might have been the worst movie I ever watched from beginning to end. I wouldn't mind seeing more movies about video games, like King Of Kong.

Final Fantasy 7 would be a great movie. it has everything a good movie needs. a great story. good guys, bad guys, love story, awesome villain.
