Whatever road that is, the one that's pretty much in front of the main entrance to Penn Station. Way up between the two buildings there is that huge connecting walkway, it looks like it could fall at any time, it is always dark and looks pretty old.

What is it? I have always wondered.

I think it is from when Gimbels dept store (Does Macy's Tell Gimbels) was on the site that is now the Manhattan mall. They had space in both buildings

Could be.. it is connected to the mall building according to the map.
