I was wondering if anyone had an account with them? I am trying to save for a wedding, my wedding, and I was thinking this is a good idea cause of the high interest rate. Any ideas, and yes I am oppesed to selling myself on the corner for extra money, not morally, its just to cold out right now

I did the same. We never had a problem with them and still use the account as a rainy day fund.
*edit, just seen the forum*

Oh don't worry about it. I'm getting married next Sunday.. Cool as a cucumber. The only thing I'm worried about is packing my stuff for the honeymoon.

A wedding is only as stressful as you make it. Try not to be so anxious about it and take any bump in the road with a grain of salt. You need to be prepared that not everything is going to go perfectly but it's your wedding and you'll remember it forever. You don't want to look back and regret you didn't enjoy it all no matter what happens.
Sorry, just my little pep talk. I got married 2 1/2 years ago and was determined not to let anything get me down and had a great time and everyone told me what a great day it was. GOOD LUCK!

BTW, Liz and I were talking about it, and I've decided to go for it.
Coming soon, I'll be offering my services as a wedding and event coordinator.

Italy (Rome, Venice, Florence, Capri) and then stopping in the UK (Manchester) to see her relatives that couldn't make it out to the wedding. I can't wait.

ING Direct is a good place to save with.
You can set up direct deposit, link multiple accounts and transfer money around with a 2-3 day turnaround. I've been with them for almost 5 years for my "rainy day" account that began as a savings account for a deposit on a car. It's a good thing to have ... mostly I forget that I have it at all, so it's a good spot to tuck money away until I absolutely need it.
