Anybody experience any issues with Windows SP3 that was released earlier this week? My Laptop now takes 10+ minutes to boot, cut and paste doesnt work, my toolbar is not showing open applications, and the drag and drop feature of Windows is not functional.
I hope I am not the only one that has expierenced this. Anyone?

XP service pack 3? that was released months ago......
I would suggest that you run Windows Update from the Windows Update website over and over until every patch is installed.

After trying to go to the Windows Update site via Firefox, it will not allow you. Then after trying to open Microsoft IE, that wont open either.

Try getting to Safe Mode with Networking, and see if that helps. You can do a System Restore and rollback the Service Pack 3 install. It may have been a bad install, or something like your antivirus/firewall software suite blocked some changes to the OS.
Boot up your computer, and keep tapping the F8 key, and select Safe Mode with networking. You could also try runnign Windows Update there.
And MAKE SURE you close as many programs you can that are open and open in your taskbar down by your clock.
