Wow... 43 views and only one post. Well, I'll step up to the plate and say it - I like Franklyn!

He's creative and talented, and just remember - if it wasn't for him, all we'd have to remember Lilly by is that seal-handed man-foot debacle of a photo by Earl. Go back and watch the footage of the photo shoot, and thank Franklyn every time you see Lilly's glowing nipples!

This thread could have been hilarious if no one posted in it.

Not a Franklyn fan. Just thought I'd counter the three pro-Franklyn posts here. Really racking them up.

Franklyn rules. One of the most honest and nicest dudes I've met. A true class act. And for a big guy, he can dance ;)

I can't speak for his dancing, but I can say that for a big guy, he can cry!

I love Franklin... when he stays off the air.

I like Franklyn but I think it's a combination of his theme song and people raging on him once he's on air.

I don't mind Franklyn at all. He can be a bit irritating on air at times but so is everyone else on the show. The Obama cry-fest was a bit embarassing but I can understand the outpouring of emotion given the circumstances (and I assumed that he had been drinking).

Franklyn's fine, but I wish he would admit he lives in Kensington, Brooklyn, and not "Ditmas Park" trying to sound fancy. Ditmas Park is a made up name. The Neighborhood is Kensington.

I do love the theme song - it's the best part of Franklyn's appearances!

I hate Franklyn and his self-importance, but I found a redeeming quality.

I was babysitting my 2 year old nephew this past weekend and he was crying over and over "I want mommy, I want daddy, waawaawaa." I didn't know what to do calm him down.

I started making funny faces and noises but nothing worked. I finally said in Frank Franklynson voice "Dandy Candy" and the kid just lit up.

The rest of the day I kept screaming out "Dandy Candy" and he behaved like a champ.

Maybe R&F can pass Franklyn off to a kid's channel on Sirius/XM.

He doesn't really have a book. I thought you were in the know.

He's what they would call "a dandy" in 19th century France.
