I was watching CNN, and they were doing a bit about the Obama daughters wanting to be on Hanna Montana. While the story was running they were showing some interview clips of Miley. I have to say she looked stoned in most of the clips. I think she tokes, I think Billy Ray tokes too. I think they smoke together, they have that creepy close relationship. Comments?
