Do guys bring gifts to Bachelor Parties? We never used to; we would just cover his food and drinks (and tips) all night. I was just wondering if that changed and now people are expected to bring gifts. Its been a while since the last one I attended and lately it seems like gifts are expected for everything ...

I always thought that buying drinks for the bachelor and giving him a few singles to stuff in a stripper's thong counted as a gift.

Is he marrying another man? Gifts for the bachelor seems like one of those slippery slopes my friend. Next you'll all be getting your hair done together before the wedding.

I've never bought a gift to a bachelor party. Usually the gift is just covering the bachelor's expenses for the night.

Just pay for his night. And if you want to be really cool, show up with some cigars. Ive been to 3 bachelor's parties in the last 2 months, no gifts just lots of fishing, golf, beer, and dirty dirty strippers.

i agree with everyone here, no gift, just make sure he has a good time and does reach for his wallet unless he needs to get a condom to do dirt in the back room with a stripper.

You should all go out but make sure if everyone's going to be reckless throwing money around, you ask to pay your portions of any bills seperately.
I also read in Miss Manners once that you should definitely bring a gift to something like this.
Brah - enjoy yaself!

Rent him a donkey and a performer with special "talents". Tell him to be careful, though. He might end up in bed with Tawny Kitean.
Edit: Damn. Did a word search, but I didn't look for posted videos.
