This was a power-ballad in the mid-to- late 80s. I do believe Eric Carr was the drummer at the time. The video has been described to me as having windows with "S" shapes in them AND perhaps the band sitting on stools. Not sure if Bruce Kulick was in the band.
I was hanging out with a bunch of guys who are HUGE KISS, Cheap Trick, and Mats fans. It would mean a lot to me if I could answer their question.

Well, two out of three isn't bad.

I'll admit to liking 'Tears are Falling', when I was twelve and thirteen. I knew it from from their non make up best of album Thrashes, Smashes and Hits, or some such shit. Liking it now would make me a retarded boy though.

Awww, don't be a douche bag music snob. The Mats covered Black Diamond and Cheap Trick had the line, "Rollin' over, rockin' rollin' GOT MY KISS KISS RECORDS OUT!"
Music is about fun and meeting others who love the same music. As we get older it's a harder thing to find.

Sounds like somebody is smitten with a certain KISS-loving someone. Alert the "gossip spies"

It's all fun and games, Alice.
And I know exactly where you're coming from.

COOL!
Did I mention the time I chased Tommy Stinson down the street via A Hard Day's Night in Kingston, NY circa 1989?
I DON'T do that normally, but I was graduating soon and while I KNEW I'd never catch up to them, I just HAD to do it.
The love of music can make you take chances you wouldn't normally take.

Kiss' hair-metal stage was a weird place for me.
and now, just like Tony Danza, looking at Gene Simmons is forever ruined thanks to one Anthony Cumia.

Matty's ego doesn't need the extra credit.
