It wasn't as good as it could have been or it should have been, but it was still great to hear. Leary was very "matter-of-fact" about it; the country is in a horrible economic state - where else are they going to get the money? Poor people and Mexican immigrants sure aren't going to be able to do it.

It was just nice to hear Leary's attitude; he got lucky and was able to make it. Now that he has wealth it makes sense that he pays more in taxes because he makes more than other people.

It's the attitude that Anthony should have rather than the avarice-filled, Daffy Duck posture he maintains.

No, I'm not OK with that, and that was unfortunate... but what are you going to do? We're all brainwashed as children anyway and it's just luck of the draw whether you get decent parents or not. That happens. That still happens today. It's part of the human element. Might as well hear it for what it is.

No, Patrice was invited. They talked about it on-air (Raamone referenced it).

The wedding is only in Philadelphia so Patrice will have plenty of time to get there. Opie is probably taking off "early" because there is always a ton of pre-wedding stuff to get done, especially when it's a couple of days before the wedding.

I haven't listened to O&A for awhile. I have a couple of minutes to burn before I need to take off so I thought what the hell, I'll tune in. Patrice is doing this "the thing about black people is..." bit. Wow, it sucks. The two unfunniest types of comics this side of Germany are the Southern git 'er done guys and black guys who do this "thing about white folk is...""you need to understand that black people are..." observational humor thing. Why are you listening if you hate a show if just to be a negative prick and spread your own negative cesspool tendencies to people who are trying to be an enjoyable community? I don't have a problem with people who like a show (any show) who have problems here and there and spout it off, but why just listen and be a consistent source of negativity in something you supposedly have no interest in?
