I'm buying a new mic and pop guard tomorrow...

I've bought two great mics and one shit mic and no pop guards in my time, so any suggestions on both fronts would be appreciated.
BTW one of the mics I've bought previously was for singing and the good one was for talking, if that helps. Thanks buddays.

All I can say is DO NOT buy the MXL 990.

I was all jazzed about my shitty 99 dollar mic and it still sounds like shit.
Then again, I sound like shit when I sing, so maybe it is accurate.

BUY the MXL 990.
