I got off the phone with my ex chick and it was a fun chat. Very healthy reminiscing about things we laughed at and how I am a douche because i just got a bluetooth device (yech). Nothing happened, but when the call ended I felt like shit. Then I talked to another female friend of mine who I love always but nothing will happen with that. Bottom line is the only love I know cant work out which drives me nuts, or I'm just a dummy. Whats your opinion?

Long story short...2 years ago at my Mothers viewing, this chick I use to really like came to it, haven't seen her in years, had one of those relationships to where she was dating a friend of mine at the time and she hated it, wanted to be with me but we didn't wanna ruin the friendships with my friend and I and her. Back in school, we always use to talk about her problems and how she wanted to be with me, but we decided it wasn't for the best cause it would ruin the friendship my buddy and I had. I told her to just break up with him and then she wouldn't be with him. Well, eventually it happened and she felt awkward about being around the group, so she went to another group to hang out with.

Few months pass and at a party, her pack meets up with ours....we start chit chatting and chilling out, getting drunk and all, we end up making out and other things ensue. That night ends, we go about our merry ways and don't talk much more after that. Few more months pass, she ends up becoming friends with my cousin. So basically that brings her back into the pack with my group....we start hanging with one another and just stay friends like we always have.

Ok...during this whole time, I really wanted to be with this girl. I was in LOVE with her, but had that afraid "She'll turn on me" if I told her how I felt. The "Love ya like a Brother" kinda deal.....I finally get the nerve to tell her how I feel and she agrees that she feels the same. We start hanging out like a couple and then all of a sudden, she switches and stops talking to me. I wanna know why, she won't answer...drives me nuts.....typical teenage highschool shit.....no longer friends.

YEARS pass, She shows up at my Mothers wake...she was the last person I expected to see at that place. We hit it off like we once did, talking and all....just one of those people you can go without seeing for years and meet up and talk like nothing ever changed. She tells me she has a Myspace page so we can keep up and all....Months go by, I get a computer and check her page out, send her a message and all. We talk back and forth, then she asks if she can call cause she didn't wanna type chat on the computer anymore. I let her call, and we have this great conversation. We end up spill all our feelings we've always had for one another....tells me she wishes I was single and she would leave her boyfriend for me all this...she always loved me and regrets not choosing me when she had the chance. I tell her how she made me feel...how she hurt me and all the other things. We had this reallllllll deep talk...it just was mind blowing.

next day, I send her a text to just thank her for the great talk...she calls me back and basically tells me she wishes that last night didn't happen and we took it way to far. Basically acted the same way she use to back in the day....I was really confused. Still am to this day, to be honest. I send her an e-mail apologizing for what had happened and she completely blows her lid and blocks me from her page.....

in lieu of all of this story, girls drive guys batshit crazy....I have one that did it to me. This actually affected me with other relationships and how my view of women are, sadly....
