I was thinking about this

Right now gay people are protesting and fighting to legalize gay marriage. And i think eventually the time will come where it is legal. I think its a very good thing

but where are the people protesting and fighting to legalize pot?

There has to be way more people out there that smoke pot than those that are gay. In my own life, i'd say maybe 1 out of 40 people i've ever met are gay...i'd say 1 out of 4 people i ever met smoke pot. If all the Pot Heads got together and felt as if they were in some kind of community, it couldn't be that much work and effort to protest and fight til Pot was legal. It seems like it can easily happen if everyone who does it was behind it

i don't know..maybe i'm wrong. I just think that legalizing gay marriage would be a great thing for the gay community but legalizing marijuana would be a great thing for all communities. I'm going to go listen to the "Jam On" channel now and eat some buffalo/bleu dorritos

Its the same people who are trampling gay rights that are keeping pot criminal. The religious right. I'm a religious guy, but I'm not down with the way government caves to these people all the time. Time for everybody to stand up and say your way is not our way, and everybody respect everybody.

For the legalization, or decriminilization of marijuana to take hold, you have to start small. People should be up in arms to get it legalized for medicinal purposes.

Once you get that going, you can further your case to let it be used for recreationl use, like we do with tobacco and alcohol.

we wont legalize weed because theres too many fucking cliche white kids. fuckking snowboarding, fourwheeling, skiiing.

its not that i dont like doing any of those things, but its always the cliches that do the most annoying stupid shit when your high, such as
1. purposefully saying "hey what if we get caught by the cops dude"
2. calling me racist because i was talking to one of my mexicans very slowly and loudly, not knowing i was high
3. saying " Hey lets take a trip to Madison with the 4$ that we have, and smoke a few bowls on the capital steps" not knowing that the capital steps have cops on them and we wasted 45 minutes and just wasted a 40 sack on a fucking Roadie

so Im totally fine with haveing Pot Illegal. I just hate Cliche White Kids
