I have spent my entire career chasing scumbags that drive drunk! I have seen too many families torn apart by this tragedy!

Why do you think my neck hurts! I was rear-ended (CARS, PEOPLE! CARS!!) by a drunken fireman on St. Patty's Day in 1999, and STILL my f*cked up neck goes to shit on me once in a while. Surgery is an option, but that would remove a disk, leave 2 verts fused, and I'm short enough as it is. And my career as a neck model would be over.

So: DON'T DRINK & DRIVE! YOU COULD SPILL YOUR BEER IN YOUR CROTCH AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT!

Aya! MY NECK HURTS! Help me?

Definitely do not drink and drive. I used to do it all of the time. I never had an accident, then one night I went through a yellow light and a cop pulled me over. I only blew a .118 .1 was the legal limit. It cost me about 2-3 grand for lawyers and court costs and my insurance double for about 5 years. It is still on my record and if i ever get pulled over there is a possibility that I could be sent to jail.

So don't do it. It is much cheaper to take a cab or let one of your sober friends drive home.

I will get off of my soap box. Everyone be safe this holiday. Remember you may also pay the ultimate price.

Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!! everyone.

I'm at my parent's house in the midwest for the holidays and my Mom mentioned to me that a couple weeks ago, a friend of mine from highschool killed 4 people (AN ENTIRE FAMILY!!!) while driving drunk. He basically will be spending the rest of his life behind bars.

Whatever you do, don't drive drunk. Know your alcohol intake limit, dammit, just know thyself.

Oh, and have a Very Happy New Year!!!

just get drunk enough that you cannot physically move enough to drive, that's my plan. you can't drive passed out in your own vomit in a random bathroom. Happy new years!

it's true,
it's damn true!

What about driving in what is dubbed a straight line drive... whereas all you have to do is drive straight?

My friends do it all the time... is that ok?

Not just drunk, don't drive stoned either. Several years ago, I was rear ended while sitting at a red light by a kid who was on crack, on Sunday morning. He never even slowed down. The cop heard the accident from the 7-11 down the road, then she flipped out when she saw my 3 year old in the back seat. Luckily, Bonnevilles beat Escorts, and he was the only one going to the hospital, in cuffs. Anyway, just don't think drugs are ok to drive, they're not.

Uhhhhhhhhhh, What?

I lost one friend to drunk driving. don't need to lose any others.

I try to make it a practice to sleep wherever I party on new year's eve. safer that way.
