Yeah, I ran out of money a few years ago. Stuck here. Using poker and part time teaching to dig my way out. Need a few more grand to go back and visit, then back here to live the easy life, and grind out a few more grand and relocate. I really have no idea what the fuck I'm doing.

Just English. Mostly college-age kids from the small middle class. The elite are shit, and teaching them makes me want to kick the shit out of them. I like my students a lot, but most of them are so unprepared for university studying because maybe 2% of them have a parent who went to university, (a direct result of the Khmer Rouge wiping out the entire educated class). This is also one of the few countries where the most popular movies and music are NOT American, but Chinese and Korean, so that's another handicap for English students.

Given this, I can do this job 4 or 5 hours a day, but if I had to do it full time I'd probably start craving a bullet sandwich again. That's where the poker comes in.
