I'm not saying I'm waiting for the masses. I'm not in favor of implementing this policy. Neither does Jon. We have asked mods to step down in the past where we felt it appropriate. I'd rather use that policy rather than be forced into changing the staff at set intervals just because you want us to.

It's not meant to be confrontational. It may seem that way because this gets exhausting. This has been considered several times. We've decided against it, but you bump this thread up every few months so it can be hashed out again and again. I understand there's a lot you don't like about this place, and I agree with some of your comments, but after this has been discussed so many times, it really feels like a dead issue.

Which, I guess, was a reference to how recognizable your threads are just by the title (which, yes, they are), or maybe it was a reference to the fact that many of your threads follow a certain pattern (also true). It seems to me that it was pretty clearly ball-busting, and I don't think the average person would think you put that there yourself. Opinions will differ, of course. Obviously you took some offense to it. I understand. Even if the intent wasn't to offend, things people do and say are often taken differently than they are intended. I talked to Fallon.
