Absolutely. When the boys first got to New York they were on overnights and the show was indeed called "Ron and Fez dot com."

That's when I first discovered them too.

It was a total fluke. I purchased XM because the radio was only $20. Had it for 6 months before a co-worker turned me on to 202 for O&A. Eventually, I was listening for Ron & Fez and O&A became an after thought.

WNEW on the radio from outside the city, real weak signal but I thought it was pretty cool when I could get the show. 100%er since I got the XM about the same time they came to sattelite.

Pretty much as soon as they got the 7-11 slot after O&A. I used to live for Ron & Fez back in those days. And I loved the 2-a-days they used to do back when OnA got kicked out.

But then when they left, I forgot about them and the boys for a while, until randomly hearing about OnA on XM, and then a few months later Ron and Fez showed up, and I was right back to living for the buddays.

Was driving home from Bayonne after a wrestling show and had left the radio on WNEW. Coinicdentally they were talking about wrestling that night, and I was instantly hooked.

Not sure exactly when I started listening, but they were still calling the show RonAndFez.Com.

The first time I heard them was when they had Chris Candido on to plug his website. Man, that r&f.com thing is like a whole other world, eh? Was great for the ride home on the express bus after the 3-11p shift though.

the ronandfez.com show was kind of brilliant, though I didn't really get it at the time. I kept thinking "when are these guys going to talk about the internet?". I didn't get completely hooked until XM.

I first heard of R&F when they were on Free FM. I'm mad at myself for never giving them a chance.. I would listen to Free all day at work from O&A,JV and Elvis,Nick DiPaolo and then The Radio Chick. By the time I got home R&F would be just coming on and I never tuned in. I'm sure I missed some great radio.
Anyway, I became an O&A addict after listening to them every morning and decided to get an Inno. It was then that I started listening to R&F because they came on right after.
To be honest I don't really listen to O&A that much anymore... I guess you can say I got XM for O&A but kept it because of R&F. Now I record the shows and listen to them at my leisure... sometimes 2 or 3 times before I erase them... Glad to see I'm not the only addict.

I was actually thinking of canceling my XM because it literally never leaves 202. I think Audible has a 1 year R&F subscription that's cheaper.

I heard Ron & Fez a couple times when they were on WNEW. O&A were syndicated to Philly and I got hooked on them; when I started listening at work via Syndication Underground, I would occasionally hear R&F when I stayed in the office late.

I technically discovered the show back on WJFK because they used to simulcast the overnight .com show there when it began. I only listened occasionally when I was in the car late night, because I wasn't much of a night radio listener. I didn't start listening regularly until I moved up to New York, and the show moved to middays for the first time (late 2000 or early 2001) before Don & Mike came to WNEW. I got hooked because I had to move my car because of alternate side parking, so I would sit in my car listening to the radio and waiting to move it across the street. Then I started waiting in my car longer and longer and became a regular listener.

Same here. That is second only to the current era, IMO. The 7-11 WNEW era is a distant third. I thought the Free-FM era was really hitting its stride when the plug got pulled, and they were slaying in the ratings at the time.

Wow, THAT was a brief era in Ron and Fez land. Come to think of it, they really set the world on fire at WNEW. They went from overnights to middays to evenings, then did evenings and middays at WJFK. Didn't they move to middays right when Godzilla lost his bet with Marine Boy? Godzilla had to wear a sign that said "I'm a kid toucher" in the middle of Times Square.

May 2004 WJFK. Wednesday evening, late may in my car, after just moving to Virginia from Hawaii. Felt like I had finally found one good thing about Virginia. After that starting listening every night.
When they moved to XM, I was a freaking nervous wreck. I must've done 500 searches about "your mom's box". I didn't believe they were coming back.
I remember Ron saying, "I hate taking callers from someone named Ron, because I'm always afraid I'll hear my own voice talking back to me!" oooooohhhhh. Fez did his usual REAL-lly.

Right around the Y2K new year.... I just moved back to Long Island and my brother told me about these two goofy DJ's named Opie & Anthony.
He wasn't sure what time they were on so he told me just tune into the station and wait for a commercial to come on that listed their showtime.
I turned on the station, I heard Ron & Fez (.com) and was hooked immediately.

I used to interact with the show quite a bit.
I'd call in.... I'd email.... eventually I started to record/edit interesting stuff from TV and send it to Ron via IM and they'd spend a bit of airtime talking about it.

When they moved to XM, I kinda stopped listening.

Started picking up WNEW on an internet feed when Don and Mike moved to the mid-day slot in 2001, and discovered O&A and R&F immediately. I'd miss most of O&A while commuting, but I'd have R&F on almost every night at home. Pretty soon after, I found a site that uploaded the R&F show every day, and never missed a show after that.

Pretty soon I realized that this was one of the Ron's from the Ron and Ron show I'd heard a few times on WZEW out of Pensacola, Fla.

Godzilla had to wear a sign that said "I'm a kid toucher" in the middle of Times Square.

i think it was during the midday Three Hour Tour that they started the Big Ass Cards. i remember they were trying to decide what they should call their members-only club. thankfully, the 'Fez And Ron Team' wasn't the winner.

I started listening when they were on 102.7. Let's see....it was O&A, The Radio Chick, Don & Mike...then Ron & Fez? Was there someone else in there too? It was love at first listen.

I occasionally used to flip on WNEW when I was in my car. I would hear an advertisement for some goofy show called Ron & Fez.com. The ad sounded so ridiculous that I would wonder to myself, "Who would listen to that stupid show?"

One day I was in my car in the afternoon or late morning and for some reason they were playing Ron & Fez during the day. They discussed dodge ball for a full hour. I really enjoyed the show and started listening.

I didn't realize I was addicted until they got exiled in D.C. After some searching I was finally able to listen on the underground.

I had just moved to DC from Hawaii in 2001 and was flipping through the channels. I heard Fez's voice on WJFK and thought he sounded hilarious. Then Ron came on and I was immediately hooked. I thought this is brilliant, matching an over the top gay guy with this no bullshit, down to earth guy from Philly with a dry sense of humor. Of course, later on I found out that Fez is not gay and very, very heterosexual but I still found the show a perfect match of radio personalities. They were talking about the strength of retards and I had never heard anything funnier. I have been a huge fan ever since.

I started listening when they first came to XM. I hadn't even heard of them, but I live on the West Coast. Been listening ever since. I doubt Opie could have found anyone even in their league to give another Golden Ticket. I've always loved talk radio, starting out with Howard and Phil Hendrie, and these two shows are comedy and radio refined to make 8 hours of the best you could ever hope for. The replays make it even better.

I didn't realize I was addicted until they got exiled in D.C. After some searching I was finally able to listen on the underground.

i didn't realize i was addicted until they switched from afternoons to nights. i figured i'd never listen again since i was either out at night, or home watching tv. suffice it to say, within a week, the tv was on mute and the buddays were loud and clear on my stereo.

i also found the underground when they were in DC. it was a major pain in the ass, since i still had dial-up in those days.

I never really listened to them until O&A got suspended for the Homeless Charlie Bit and I had to listen to Ron & Fez and Im glad I did because I never Knew a person could be so smart and quick with comebacks like Ronnie B and I havnt missed a show yet. And my favorite themed shows are the hypnotism shows where Dave and Fez usually try to talk in another language like Chinese. I cant stop laughing. I have to take a break at work when I listen to these so I dont look like a fool listening to my headphones and laughing out loud at the nursing home in the middle of the night where I work.

I live in Alabama so like the first 15 shows i listened to , i didn't get. I didn't really get there type of humor or Ron's sarcasm. I thought Fez was a character and just pretended to talk like he does. I also took everything Ron said serious. I know im a dumb ass but it took me a little while to catch on. Now i find myself looking forward to Ron and fez more than Opie and Anthony. Dont get me wrong i love OnA but i just like the discussions and some other aspects of Ron and fez more.

Only heard of R&F from O&A. Listened when I could when they were on WNEW at night. Miss the baby parties they use to have at night. Once O&A got suspended and R&F were put on during the day almost all day, listened almost all the time. Still remember then talkin about the DC sniper. Was somthing that just stuck in my head. I also remember, when the Bucs won the SuperBowl and was so looking forward to R&F to talk about the game, and switched on WNEW...and Fresh was on..YUCK!!!!
Since moving to XM and afternoons, I listen every single day for the full 3 hour tour.

Show is the best and just hope they NEVER leave XM.

I bought an XM unit for O&A truly. Didn't listen to Ron & Fez, due to my job's work hours. I started doing contract work so I was on the road a lot. Still didn't listen.

Finally listened for the first time in either early October of 2006. I was camping out to reserve a Playstation 3 at a local Gamestop. I never listened to Ron & Fez, but arriving at the store front camp site at midnight and the replay starting at midnight seemed like density. Sat there listening to them and laughing my dick off. That show was I believe a best of a Harry Shearer interview. It was excellent.

Ended up being first in line, getting a PS3, and selling it on Ebay for a loss.

But in the end...I prob wouldn't have listened to Ron & Fez if it wasn't for that long cold night.

Next show I heard was about Dave being blown by his dog. After that I couldn't quit it.

I didn't really listen to Ron & Fez until after East Side Dave and Black Earl had their cameos earlier this summer. I decided to tune in just to see if this was really the land of the misfit toys the way it was seeming to be. Definitely hooked now. Even the bad bits are funny for the wrong reason (Board Gossip, Fast Food Review). They almost lost me with the constant Lilly vs Lillian but by the time the Election Show came around, it's just my favorite show. Beats O&A for me almost every day, except for when Louis CK is in studio.

I came in on the underground. Ken from Portland started playing me recordings of his letters being read on a show in 2003 or thereabouts. And lo, without RonFez.net, or Saint Mikeyboy of the Internet, I never would have developed the real physical addiction I have.

Don't like any other 202 peeps. R&F 4-Ever.

Years ago I listened to Ron & Ron, then went to Ron Diaz and Ian Bechols. And, eventually found 202 a few years ago. Now I'm giving .net a shot. We'll see how it turns out.:help:

One of the O&A sites (i think oavirus) had the Al Dukes-Pinball bit....I think that was the first R&F I ever heard. Then I listened to some clips in the file library and occasionally the WJFK show.

Listened to them on XM since day 1.

A good friend of mine told me about a gifted producer on 202. That was in 2006 and I have not missed a show in almost 3 years. I love it when those other guys are bombing and Earl comes through to save the show, and my day. This is a nice website, but I usually like to discuss the show on Earl.net..

Started listening to the show back in 2001 or 2002 I believe. I was a Stern listener who moved to O&A during the afternoon drive because I worked second shift. After a month or so of listening to O&A and enjoying them I gave Ron and Fez a shot. At first I was a little confused by everything going on, but I never turned them off. I listened to them every day at work while encoding checks. It was fantastic. Of course I also remember having to sit through 20 minute commercial breaks which was brutal.

I remember thinking the same thing about the Bucs. I was excited to hear Fez and then all of a sudden they were gone. I was distraught. I was never able to listen to them underground because I just didn't know the sites. The day I heard that Ron and Fez were coming to XM I signed up. From there I got back into O&A because I believe there was still a month or so until they were back on there. I haven't missed a show since. I am also now going back and listening to the old WJFK shows. It's great. It's strange because on there Fezzy was Fezzy. I can't remember when he made the turn.
