Kashi Makes a great Cerael that has 14 grams of protien per 1 cup serving. Give Fez two cups of cereal, one cup milk which has 9 grams of protien and a hard boiled egg with salt and pepper. The eggs got about 12 grams. That'll be about 35 grms protien and enough complex carbs to get him going. It also has flax and other goodies that are good for his heart.

you're 100% right ... and it's delicious. Difficult to find unfortunately. Incidentally Uncle G... brought home a jar of Crab Apple Jelly, Quince-Apple Jelly, Wild Grape Jelly, and Pear Jam ... you'd be impressed with all me thinks. All made by my father.

They should mix up the cold cuts for Fez ... make sure it's mustard and not mayo, and go easy on the cheese ... you can have variety, and make it halfway decent. Put it on some multi-grain bread. All available locally.
