We wrote the article more as proof that anyone can brew. We often brew outside with a big propane burner, but you can brew in a small apartment kitchen just as well.

The only thing that will slow you down a little will be your stove and that's just a maybe. One of the biggest things is waiting to boil 3-4 gallons of water and then boiling the wort. Some smaller stoves just take a little longer to get things to temp but def still work.
