I was active Army from 1988-93, and Army National Guard from 1993-1996.

So you know where I stand when it comes to the Army-Navy game each year.

But for those of you who may not, here's a hint:

Nah, just tradition.

30 seconds left 34-0 on an interception returned for a touchdown.

army navy is basically Philadelphia's bowl game. although tradition has eroded a bit and they don't have it here every year, it seems out of place when they move it somewhere else. yesterday was the 109th army navy game, and the 80th time it has been played in Philadelphia.
my dad was an officer in the naval reserves for 40 years, so obviously we always rooted for navy. I remember when army used to dominate this series, but army has been dismal for the last 6 or 7 years now.

The Army's new football uniforms are BADASS.

I can't find a good picture of them yet, but the helmets are camouflaged and the jerseys say “Duty, Honor, Country" on the back.
