I am glad the Fez was able to stand up to the guy and make his feeling known without breaking into tears, that shows progress, but I have to say that Fez was in the wrong here. The delivery guy had his hands full and probably didn't even see Fez. One of the callers today said it best, "Anybody with their hands full or carrying something, should have the right of way"

Sure the guy should have said "excuse me " or "sorry". Fez even admitted the guy did say something but he couldn't understand it.

Fez claims that the delivery guy knew he was going to collide with Fez and kept moving toward him anyway. Was Fez not also aware of the situation? Chelsea on a Sunday isn't exactly Midtown on a weekday. If Fez saw the delivery guy he should have yielded to him, but that would require Fez to think outside of himself.
