Also, a lot of times things are bits and people freak out about it without knowing or realizing. I've done it, everyone has done it. That reminds me of Ron's Unmasked with Suzie Essman when she mentioned that Laurence Olivier didn't get stage fright until he was middle-aged. IMO, Fez has come a long way from where he was last year and I believe in him to improve even further. Fez has had a rough week or two, but outside of that, he's become noticeably better.
