Think about it...mood swings, secret visits to chelsea on weekends (a pediatric doctor perhaps), cant tell his family (remember his sister was excavated from his family for a few years for having an affair), and all this time Fez has been trying to reconnect with his baby momma and son Jonah Bobo starting when he went to his movie premiere. She originally threw him out for his drinking problem....remember? Did anyone SEE Fezzy drinking at the Christmas party?? He's trying to fix his marriage without the news of this love child getting out!!

I remember during a drinking show with Don & Mike that someone said that a salesperson had a crush on Fez. I'll have to go back and catch the name, but I think that this event has something to do with Ron's reference to DC and the secret.
