Everyone was up in arms about the possibility of Eddie Murphy as the Riddler. Who would be your dream as the Riddler if you were casting the 3rd in a Nolan "Dark Knight"
when they were talking about the Eddie Murphy story on O&A, they had Denis Leary on the phone afterwards. I was thinking...Denis Leary would make a goddamn good Riddler. Even though Bill Hicks never played the Riddler first, i still think he would kill the role.
Anyone have anyother ideas?

He'd never do it but I'd be interested to see how Johnny Depp would work in that roll.

I said this ages ago, imagine the riddler played more like john doe from seven, would be perfect for the feel of the nolan movies

I am with you there in terms of intelligent puzzles/riddles, but the Riddler has never been portrayed as an evil psychopath. He is much more of a cerebral guy with OCD that is compelled to commit thefts and use these riddles. He is nuts, but not homicidally nuts.
As a matter of fact, he seems to have gone straight in the current comic continuity and is now a detective rather than a crook.
