Yes and no.

A by and large far more relaxed and progressive attitude towards sex and sexuality by society than the United States? Fuck yes, that's pretty much all of Western Europe.

But when it comes down to the government dictating what can and can't be shown/reported on TV, that's far more debatable.

If so, I posted that in another thread as a joke but it is not a real commercial. Just Google it and you'll find that someone created it and put it on the web and that Guiness is not too happy about it.

American tv is just as crazy as european tv..if not more...if you take into account HBO, Showtime and stuff. I so rarely watch Network tv these days that i don't even recognize it as tv anymore
