The ear plug jack isn't working on my inno. I plug in earplugs but don't get sound.

Does anyone know of a solution to this issue?

Also, the car kit and home kit have little mini earphone-style plugs behind the pedestal. Does anyone know how these work? How can I start using these as a receiver if the earplug jacks on the receiver itself has stopped functioning?

Not to be an ass, but did you try different headphones? If the headphone jack is faulty and the unit is still under warranty contact the manufacturer. If not, contact the company to see how much they'll charge for a repair.

Also, the jack on the home/car dock is the line out. This volume level can be set through the settings/preference menu. The line out jack is meant to connect to either a tape converter in the car or straight through to a stereo input jack.

Yea, I've used several different headphones & usually connect straight to the tape deck in my car or the stereo at my house through the headphone jack. I'll try to adjust the lineout settings when i get home. if it works, this will be a good temporary fix until I get another unit.
