Here's a place to grip, complain or post about where you have to travel on Christmas.

I have to wake up at 4am to travel to the Airport in Denver so I can make it to my fiances families house (in LA) by breakfast. WOOO HOOOOO!!!!

Where YOU going?

I have to drive 40 minutes south to go to my parents.

If I lived any further, I'd tell them to go fuck themselves and then mail me my presents. I already make them drive to me for Thanksgiving. Fuck flying around holidays. I worked in the airline industry long enough to know what an absolute disaster that is.

My commute isn't quite as short, but I don't have to be there until 3pm.

In closing, we rule, Johnnie.

Spending Christmas alone doesn't count.

That's the setup for a horror movie.

No. In a horror movie, she'd be traveling with at least one friend. Someone has to live.

First... I had no idea you were an American Indian.
Second... How can you possibly be at 6 reservations at 7:30?
Third... American Indians have mass?

I don't envy you, dude!

I don't know what a catholic mass is like in Papa bear land...but in North Jersey you're out in an hour! They wouldn't make any money if you had to stay longer!!

Already done traveling. 5 hours down to S. Maryland on Tuesday. Christmas with the SMIBs! We get to come back north on Sunday on 95 with everyone else. Should be a joy.

I had to travel 2 1/2 hours to my brother-in-law's, which wouldn't be so bad except most of the people are his in-law's, including his wife's cousins.

just got home from my annual trek to long island to see my mom's side of the fam.
i like to say that long island should be cut off and pushed out to sea... what a pain it is to get there!

on the way there on wed, i Did make an hour long detour to stop at the bakery in my hometown where we always get the pastries... because i am crazy.
the ride home was trafficky but worth it.

good times had by all.
