The top of my ass hurts really bad. Its like a deep pain where my asscrack starts. Do I have a bruised tailbone or is it potnetially something worse like ass cancer? Its been like this for about 2 weeks.

It's really hard to say without seeing the ass, actually; if there's swelling or redness at the top of the asscrack, it may be a thing called a pilonidal cyst. We talked about those here: http://www.ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?t=75295

If there isn't anything there at all, it very well could be a contused tailbone. Get a donut cushion and sit on it with the donut hole centered where the pain is. That will get you through until you can get your regular health care provider to take a look at it. Tailbone pain is called "coccygodynia" (cocks-ee-go-DIN-ya) and can be really annoying. the trauma to the tailbone could have been several days ago, and may have gone completely unnoticed when it happened. Just sitting on something wrong can do it, sometimes.

Ass pain is always a good excuse to go see a health care professional. It is unlikely to be
cancerous, just purely statistically.

So don't lose any sleep over it, but get it checked out, especially if the pain doesn't go away quickly.
