I downloaded DEC 25th thinking it was the countdown ---- just a older show,
Will it be on Audible?

I'm thinking probably not.
I doubt Ron and Fez have the rights to all those songs.

Perhaps, though if they didn't have the rights then why could they be played on the regular show?

I got an email that said they were sending a check for the rights.
It's supposed to be about a buck-three-eighty.

nope, my only real complaint with audible is the content during breaks, they never have any of the special shows only archives of shows they've already got

Yeah, I too bought the December 25th Ron & Fez show on Audible, but later realized that it says the airdate above in the blurb (it was from September of this year).
Anyway, I relistened to the Countdown during the Sunday morning replay of the Xmas special show, and actually recorded most of the Countdown to my computer, up until like #8.
I assume if they're sending a check for the songs, it's going to the PROs (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) so that the royalties can be paid out and the show can be replayed. Unfortunately, they can't just buy the copyrights, but they can pay for the rights to play them, which is what places such as legit karaoke clubs, or schools, do.
Anyway, if you wanna see a small, sub-titled vid of my song, "Fuck Christmas" which was ranked at #9, here's the link:

Hey Mikeyboy... would it be possible to post the songs here on the website as individual file downloads?
If not all, at least some of them?
The problem with the Christmas Countdown Show was that the boys talked over the intros and outros on some of the songs.

A Bootleg CD of the countdown. If someone (like an intern) uploaded it to Rapidshare or made a torrent. Of course in the event of trouble R & F could disavow any knowledge of the intern(hopefully they would not self-destruct in 3..2..1..
