What changes will the new year bring to the show? Obviously a new studio is one of them, but will it affect the content? Will there be more guests from the worlds of literature and cinema like when they first started on satellite, or will the show be more centered around the staff?
Will Earl and Dave finally move on, or will they be right by Ron and Fez's side the entire year?
Will Fez be in better spirits?
Will Ron ever change?

Dave will leave the show to accept the role of the new wacky neighbor on "Gary Unmarried".
Earl will leave the show to accept an Executive position at Planned Parenthood.
Al Dukes will return to produce the show and will be tricked into blowing a guy on his first show back.
Fez will announce that his secret is that all this time he has really been married to Morgan Fairchild.
Ron just keeps shucking and fucking.

Earl will be demoted for incompetence, and then will pick up the role as gopher for the Howard Stern show.
This will create a radio war that will end satellite radio as we know it, as the Howard Stern show tries to punish R & F for getting Earl.

I would love it if the show could evolve a bit, but I am afraid they are mired in the Status Quo as well.
IMO it would take a staff shakeup to move things along, but that isn't going to happen - they have already shown they don't have the stones to get rid of Earl and Dave needs a solid gig too badly to take a big risk (although he is talented enough to do so). Bringing on somebody like Mooch might move things in the right direction, but there is some serious entropy to overcome right now.

Since I doubt Sirius XM will make it past the new year, I just hope some NYC radio station picks them up.

Not many changes, as long as they remain on the air somewhere I can hear them I will be happy.

I hope my fucking audible subscription gets easier to actually use.
Ron will secretly work with upcoming stand-up comic Bronx Johnny on his new on-stage persona of "Johnny the Scrambled Adult Channel Guy".
Johnny will then have a heated and public feud with Dan Whitney.

Completely agree, for better or worse, status quo will not change. Dave is crazy talented but needs the steady job. earl...we'll the buddays refuse to fire earl and he will never ever quit or find something else, even though I believe he is an absolute cancer to the show.
And as much as I really really hope fez can cheer up and turn it all around and announce the secret and start a new happy chapter in his life, based on the past year or so I just dont know if that will happen.
Either way I'll still listen and come here to bitch about earl and speculate on the future

There is a solid chance, in my mind, that those deserving of moving on will. That would be Dave. He has shown much promise and can carry a show if coupled with a great partner. Earl will continue to do an at best, ok job as EP. Fez will have a great 2009. He will likely be more flamboyant than ever and this will be a great sign that he has accepted who he is and doesn't care what people will think. Ron will wind up having a higher pitched voice, much like when still in Florida. This time though, it won't be snow days causing it. It will be pure happiness because the show is back on track and he gets to do it with a changed Fez, one who is filled with energy and doesn't care if he hurts feelings from time to time, like he used to be.
That's my take. I might (and probably will be) wrong.

Ugh.
Fez should bring back the fezzatorials, mainly because of their therapeutic nature.
Listeners should all remove Ron's Cock from their mouths.
Earl should be forced into counseling and Fez should take his place at concerts...get out a lil

My stone cold, lead pipe lock of the year: Mafia Life Chris will repeatedly call in to plug one damn thing after another.
And Crazed and/or AJ Dynamite will inexplicably continue to appear on the show.

Hopefully the smaller studio will mean many less needy fans hanging out and bringing boring radio.

Au contraire, I think Ronnie and Fezzie, moreso Fezzie, work better with a live audience.

Ron will decide to go Top Twenty radio. People will write in their emotional long distance dedications and then Ron will tell them about his dad coming to his room in the middle of the night with a gun. Rip them for whining and then play he next song. Fez will keep up a running commentary on how he doesn't really feel comfortable with all the little girl pop stars, but feels the Jonus Brothers may have real talent.
It wont be that much different then it is now in fact.

Dave should officially become a co-host. The Jimmy Norton or Artie Lange of the Ron and Fez show. Bring in some new underpaid, motivated young producers to add new, fresh content. Keep Earl as is.
Pepper Hicks will get a raise.
Earl will add something to the show.
Dave will have another baby girl.
Fez Whatley will finally reveal his secret that he has no cat named "Skippy" but it is actually a gerbil.
Ron Bennington will get his own show on NBC's Late Show when Jimmy Fallon suddenly quits for personal reasons.
