I feel ya, but those arent necc always there. My eyes dont really change at all when I smoke, and if you smoked at home and then went out, you wouldnt really smell. JUST LET EM DRIVE

Why is it when the DOT decides to do road work on a section of road on the highway do they feel the need to close two lanes down for at least two miles prior to the work area? Many times I even see a two mile build up of closed lanes and cones all to get up to a point and NOTHING is going on anyway? What the fuck is that about?
