I wish this thread were what should happen to Earl. We all know that not a f@#$ing thing is going to happen to him because of how this situation happened and because he is a minority in a sea of white employees. (***Not being racist - it would just look really bad from an HR standpoint).

For the good of the show, Earl should request a transfer to a music station. SiriusXM isn't the bad guy, R&F get to find a useful EP, and Earl doesn't lose his livelihood.

It also upset Fez so much that he broke the bit and yelled at Earl. It really sounded like both Ron & Fez were legitimately pissed and fed up.

My head could be dented and I wouldn't go to the hospital. Two weeks ago I fell down the PATH stairs that were icy when it snowed heavy before Christmas. It left a wicked bruise on my hip.

WHO PAYS FOR THAT AMBULANCE VISIT??? Earl is costing the company money unnecessarily. I'm telling you from experience, it's a few hundred bucks minimum if you call an ambulance....they charge you a "delivery / avaibility fee" on top of the hospital visit. and Sirius / XM gets to pay for that. and I guarantee you it costs more than Earl makes in a few days of doing nothing. The thing with this show is you can never tell what's a bit and what isn't.

Today sounded completely real. There was true frustration and hatred in Ron's voice. If this isn't a bit, I would expect some major personnel changes very quickly. Earl will be gone, maybe not fired, but removed from the channel at a minimum.

I think he might have really had it with Dave too. He has stood up for Dave many times, but seemed mighty pissed that Dave spent the evening getting his drink on instead of working; then because of that, was not able to step up and help today when he really needed it.

I really felt bad for Ronnie.

If this isn't a bit...we'll know for sure next week.

If it is...Ron deserves one of those Radio Emmy things...or at least a peoples choice award. (Fork it over Jay!)
