After going to church with my grandmother, we would walk home. Then I would watch Tarzan movies while she cooked eggs and bacon for me.

God, I am Old....1974(4yo), My dad was in the FBI and a Vietnam Vet. My uncle, a draft dodger, called my dad a murderer of children and women. Never saw someone lifted off their feet before in a choke hold against a wall..it was pretty cool.

Makes you wonder how much pictures affect memory, when I think of my oldestt memories most were kept fresh by the comstant retelling in photoalbums.

Riding on a 3 wheeled atv with my grandfather and older brother all over my grandpas 100+ acre farm anytime we would go there, usually at least 1 to 2 times a week.

My big wheel and my tiger roller thing. I hurt myself so much with these things and I still miss the adventure of slamming into a curb on either of them.

I really need to find the commercial I was in as a kid and post it. Not my first memory, but the worst...I remember 30 some takes, I think the director thought he was Coppola.

OUCH! That sounds terrifying. To play tank in a refrigerator box, you knock out the ends. Then you just crawl in the box, so it rolls like the tracks of a tank. It's a boy thing, I guess.

late 70s when i was like 7 or 8 i remember older relatives rolling pot to remove seeds. i also remember one aunt chopping up "aspirin" on a mirror, because she had trouble taking them whole. that was fun piecing that memory together many years later.

Haha! I played this all the time, but every once in a while I would pepper it up with a little "Pretend Daddy Hasn't Been Drinking."

At 4y/o building a fort on the front porch. My mom gave me some old sheets, and we had extra bricks at the side of the house. Using my tricycle, some sticks, and a chair (don't remember where I got it) I constructed a wicked fort. I even connected a water hose to one side of the tricycle handle bar so water would flow through and out the other side.

My mom said she was amazed and my dad said he knew I was going to be smart. Man, did I have them fooled. :smoke:

I would have locked the shit out of that thread. Unless mojo beat me to it or there was an actual response.

It was 2nd grade or earlier.

I still have the piece of graphite in my skin to remember it by.
